We are writing to express our great appreciation in the our recent experience in selling and buying our new home.

Since the housing market was booming, Fellette thought she would take a look at homes/townhomes for sale and met Bill DeMooy at an Open House.  She was immediately impressed, but thought prices were very volatile and initially thought maybe this isn?t such a great idea.

But after inviting Bill into our home and discussing our options, we decided to seriously to downsize and look for another home.

And when Bill was on holiday for a short while, Ilan, you took  us under your experienced wings and showed us our new future.  We found a smaller, more intimate townhome with OUR name written all over it.  Ilan, we know you worked very hard to ensure this place was going to be ours and you made it happen so easily.
